Home Again Microchip

At Barrington Oaks, we offer Home Again Microchip Identification.
The
Home Again® pet retrieval system involves injecting a
small microchip-about the size of a grain of rice-under the skin between
the shoulder blades of a dog or cat (it is also used in other species
such as birds, ferrets, rabbits, and horses), in much the same way a
vaccine is administered.
Barrington Oaks Veterinary Hospital's Elk River,
Minnesota location serves as the impound facility for Elk River. All animals that arrive at the facility are scanned for
microchip identification. This system does work to reunite pet owners
with their lost pets!
Schedule now to have your pet microchipped! It only takes a few
