Dr. Dennis Gallenberg
Dr. Dennis Gallenberg
was born in the North Central Wisconsin City of Antigo. He was raised
on a dairy and potato farm. Dennis received a B.S. degree in animal
science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and received his
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the University of Minnesota.
His medical interests include internal medicine, surgery and
reproduction. He enjoys most outdoor activities, working his chocolate
Labradors and Siberian huskies and reading.
Dr. Kimberly Gallenberg
Dr. Kimberly Reed Gallenberg was
born and grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She attended the University
of Minnesota for undergraduate work and Veterinary Medicine. She
graduated in 1983 and was a classmate of Dr. Dennis. They married in
1986 and Dr. Kim joined Barrington Oaks in 1988. Her veterinary
interests include feline and canine medicine, geriatric medicine and
exotic medicine. She owns and shows American Saddlebred horses. She
and Dennis have one daughter named Cameron.
Dr. Rick Peterson
Dr. Rick Peterson was raised in North Branch, Minnesota. He is a 1988
graduate from the University of Minnesota with a B. S. in Biology and
his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. Dr. Rick is a member of the
AVMA and MVMA with a special interest in canine and feline medicine and
surgery. He and his wife have one son. He enjoys
woodworking, outdoor activities, gardening and landscaping and takes
interest in old cars and trucks.
Dr.
Lois Harmon
Dr. Harmon grew up in Anoka, Minnesota and attended the University
of Minnesota School of Veterinary Medicine. She has practiced
small animal medicine in Central Minnesota for the last eight years.
Her special interests include geriatric and preventive medicine.
Her goal in life is to help all pets live long and healthy lives.
In her spare time she has provided veterinary care at Tri County
and the former Wright County Humane Societies. She shares her home
with Shihtzu Aggie, cats Omar and Tiger Lily, many canaries and
parakeets and her beloved bunnies Mukluk and Pixie. She also looks
forward to participating in expanding the services available to clients
and their pets at Barrington Oaks North Animal Clinic.
